We offer music mastering in any format from Mono to 5.1, tailored for film, TV and Video Game music:

CD Replication: Creating a Disk Description Protocol (DDP) file, which is the standard format for CD manufacturing, and embedding information like ISRC codes and CD-TEXT.

Do you provide a facility for live recording?
Our studio is strictly a mastering facility and we do not have a live room.
How do I pay for your services?
Check, direct bank deposit, Zelle or Paypal. Contact us for a personalized quote and to set up a meeting in the studio or on Google Meet/Zoom.
I am a Film, Television or Video Game composer – when can you get started on my music?
The first thing you should do is to contact us so that we can discuss your project and get an exact understanding of what your needs are.
What format do you need my audio in?
We accept all commonly used formats such as WAV, AIFF, OMF and AAF. All audio needs to be in the following resolution and sample rate: 16 or 24 bit / 44.1, 48, 96 or 192 kHz. You can send us a full mix or separate stems of each instrument group.
How does your mastering service work?
We will provide you with a link where you can upload your mixes in any of the formats listed above. If you wish, you can provide references for how you want your project to sound, and we will let you know if we have any suggestions about your tracks.
After you have listened we will then make any changes you need, and once you are completely happy, we will send you 24bit, 48 kHz stereo master audio files.
The files are kept on our system for three months, and upon request we will send you all the data files of your session so that you can store them for your own archive purposes.
How do you deliver the tracks?
Once we have finished your track, we will digitally send you a master to listen to. After you have listened we will then make any changes you need, and once you are completely happy, send you the 24bit master audio files.

What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us. We will not share any personally identifiable information with anyone for any reason without your explicit permission. We are obligated to keep your material confidential.
What are your terms of use?
Customer is the rightful owner of the Master Recording and/or Composition and all elements contained therein and warrants that it does not violate any law or infringe upon or violate the rights, including without limitation all copyright rights, of any individual or entity. If Customer is not the rightful owner then they warrant to A-STREAM PRODUCTIONS, INC. that they have the necessary and required permission/license from the rightful owner to re-record, edit and/or modify the Master Recording and/or Composition. Customer agrees to indemnify A-STREAM PRODUCTIONS, INC. its agents or assignees and hold them free and harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, losses, damages or expenses, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and court costs, arising out of any failure or breach by Customer with respect to its warranties as set forth in this Agreement.
A-STREAM PRODUCTIONS, INC. is not responsible for loss or damages caused by using its services. The customer waives the right to bring any legal action(s) against A-STREAM PRODUCTIONS, INC. and/or its staff due to any damages or loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from customer’s use of our recording, tracking, mixing, editing, mastering or consulting services.
A-STREAM PRODUCTIONS, INC. reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion and/or terminate service at any time.
A-STREAM PRODUCTIONS, INC. only maintains your tracks for a period of three months following the completion of each project. It is the customers responsibility to store the data after this period of time.
